ferry crossing was fine, as was the 4 hour journey by train to rome- got to watch the sunrise on the boat which was nice. rome is HOT - tbh I miss the sea, could really do with cooling down and the hostel doesnt have air con :’( ended up having a bad lunch in a pizzeria which didnt even sell pizza :( not the best start to the time in rome but should hopefully get better- harrys a bit more ill now which is bad, hopefully all should be ok by tomorrow after a rest
